Another fanart of Eva.
It was inspired by an old plum tree from our garden. Its silhouette was a little bit like a sakura, and in the spring it bloomed incredibly beautifully. At the same time, it was completely covered with lichen. It was both very beautiful and scary: something that has been slowly dying for a very long time is still striving to life and blooms every spring. It reminded me of Evangelion somehow, I can’t say exactly why (this is definitely not connected with the fact that I am a quirky girl who already needs to watch, in her life, something other than just that one arthouse anime!!!☝️) Although, I think it's because I just adore Eva’s designs and am ready to redraw it over and over again with or without reason.
