The female martial artist Zangoose and her rival Seviper are from Nintendo's Pokemon Chamo-Chamo Pretty and this screenshot's taken from Valve's Garry's Mod.

Seviper just noticed his rival gotten her belly stuffed from many kinds of food and slithers to teasingly asks her a question "So, my dear Zangoose, may I ask why you have eaten so much?" Confused, she made an excuse with an answer "Um... To defeat you?" She should think about how to get out of this one and just get back to her usual battles with him.
