Looks like the sheriff's having lots of fun puffing up his belly huge by building up is blowing skills inside of it. It's a good thing he thought about doing it outside, because, there is no way any rooms inside any buildings can contain him this easily. Speaking of blowing, I wonder how anyone around this city can handle that one, should he release it in the future after he finished his personal fun with his air-filled stomach.
