In Miyazaki's Sherlock Hound series, Mrs. Hudson's backstory starts at the airfield where she met her husband who loves designing airplanes. After her husband passed from a tragic accident, she left the airfield and worked for Mr. Hound.

In that epsiode, she looked so beautiful in that dress and hat going to the airfield. I must give it a draw!

The episode about her past is "The White Cliffs of Dover" a very touching episode and a really kick ass one too.
