Li Hanleng is an ice dragon who, despite his large meaty mittens, is quite the dexterous watchmaker. He specializes in fashionable size cloakers and usually wears one himself to compress his size and appear markedly less gigantic than his natural self. The overheating and strain on the device is easily managed with his own natural freezing abilities, and he also enjoys using his specialized tools to micro interior design and make miniature furniture. If you're a tiny fellow, it's best not to prance around at his feet for too long- Li loves throwing his weight around. He's a bit self conscious about how indulgent he can be around tiny things and tries to hold himself back, but like anyone else, his inhibitions can get the better of him in no time~
