Starting as a 2ft Balloon, She's a cute and small dragon Balloonie, even her clothes are Balloonified with her transformation in to a squished Balloonie as her bells are now little helium balloons themselves fused to her.
Balloon Morphing is a Ballooning / "inflation" style that isn't considered, expansion / BE, belly / fat, orbing, macro, Etc.
It's own style for Ballooning up - Everything Ballooning and Balloon stretching, part of the Puffadee lore Canon, like a balloon growing big and the other features becoming like balloons themselves
(feels more like a transformation than inflation sometimes too, like flat wings becoming balloon wings)
