It's own style for Ballooning up - Everything Ballooning and Balloon stretching, part of the Puffadee lore Canon, like a balloon growing big and the other features becoming like balloons themselves
(feels more like a transformation than inflation sometimes too, like flat wings becoming balloon wings)
