An Alien idea I had

Physically they’re quite underdeveloped. Possessing frail arms and legs, which had become more vestigial over time. Their real strength comes from their mind. Which is quite strong with a telekinetic. Allowing them to float on instinct, plus moving other objects.

As they grow older it gets strong enough where they can sense things with it. Seeing without their eyes, feeling without physically touching anything. Sensing without the need for sound. This noticeably has the effect where as they grow older, they become blind in their eyes.
