If I had a poetry style, I would say this represents my non-metered works very well. Written 9/18/06 while in my graduate Teaching English class. I wonder if that clock ever got back onto the wall...

It took the memeorama for me to see this, TW. It's very appealing to me, mainly as it reminds me of a chime clock of my mother's that was always there, but never worked. Your phrasing and thoughts resonated deeply with me.

Hey - I think it's great. I'm reading through everyone's gallery one day at a time. You should move more of your stuff to the main gallery - it's a shame it's in scraps!

I use scraps very specifically for unfinished things, things I'm not proud of (those two songs) and writing prompts.
