Clarice!! this is ollldddd but still a passable reference for her. i got better at drawing snow leopards....but i kinda love Clarice's ambiguous cartoony animal appearance. My fiance always mistakes her for a polar bear so i ended up making her dad one...I'll get into her parents later. but for now all you need to know is 1) she runs the Surf Shore library. head librarian more like military fucking general the way she runs it 2) she has a weird genetic disorder that causes her to grow a soft layer of snow instead of fur. this can cause some issues since she lives in Florida, she has to live her life a pretty specific way as to not aggravate her condition 3) she's pretty short, but still taller than Roxy
