Billie is a gene-spliced lab mouse from Acme Labs, and she's Julia's assistant in J&B Labs. Though an experiment gave her super intelligence, she is very oblivious and "ditzy," more similar to Pinky than the Brain in those terms. Billie is also a femme fatal, and she helps Julia with her experiments. She is currently dating Julia, and with Julia's intellect and Billie's beauty, they can take over the world together.
