The female adult Charmander's from Nintendo's Pokemon, the female Flamedramon's from Toei's Digimon and this screenshot's taken from Valve's Garry's Mod.

This Charmander has built up her Fire Blast inside her belly, causing it to inflate into like the size of a blimp, and manage to outgrow that Flamedramon's and is like "Oh, yeah! Who's the biggest dragon lady, now, huh?" and is proud of her effort. Flamedramon, surprised and confused, became speechless and thought "Even an unevolved adult Pokemon can do that...?" and would try to think about how to defeat her in the future.
