Plusle, Minun, Haruka's Torchic and Kanata's Poochyena are from Nintendo's Pokemon Chamo-Chamo Pretty and this screenshot's taken from Valve's Garry's Mod.

Torchic is very surprised to see that both Plusle and Minun manage to try hard enough to be more cuter than her by the former using Growl and is like "Love me. Love me! LOVE ME!" and the latter using Protect and said "I shall defend my friends with the power of cuteness!" Poochyena, even though he did vote for Torchic back at the Cute move contest, isn't as surprised as she is, for he know that her moves weren't good enough for her to win.
