I made the mistake of putting orange on her face and not extending the spots down her tail (which are now hollow) While the face was my fault, the spots changed since I saw her reference first. Lesson to you commissioners out there. please make sure your artist has all the info they need before they start. :)

That's the problem with a kind of character being drawn only one way by nearly everyone. When you come across a rare character like Ran, your brain goes into autopilot and you assume the upper half of her face is supposed to be orange.
You do realize of course that you've desicrated the Canadian Flag in the most tasteless possible manner, right? *laughter*
