So I found out it's REALLY easy to mod textures in Balatro, like, SHOCKINGLY easy. And then I saw someone making custom playing card designs with their OCs... and then I remembered I'm an artist too. And I knew what I must do.
The obvious problem was that aside from childhood Scratch games, I've NEVER done pixel art before (no that drawing of Izzy doesn't count, that's just a normal drawing with a filter slapped over it, lol). But while there was a learning curve, it actually wasn't that hard at all. I guess I'm used to focusing on tiny details already 😉
