Yusuke and Kuwabara are at a the Tokyo Museum. They are looking for cursed objects called Beast Totems Artifacts, cursed artifacts with animal spirits that transform those who hold it. The First one they find is Roomerang, a cursed boomerang with a Kangaroo spirit from Australia, Yusuke picks and Kuwabara says is that it. Yusuke says yes. Kuwabara takes the boomerang saying it's harmless as it glows. Kuwabara gains ears, feet change and tailburst from under his jacket while not paying attention to what's happening to him while mentioning finding a cursed cowbell. Yusuke calls his name and tells Kuwabara he's a kangaroo. Kuwabara confused asks if he is. Yusuke answers yes and says they have to find the cowbell.
