I designed this dragon to go along with the "Seafoam Vs Stardust" ArtFight theme (2024), and unlike some of the other characters I designed for the game, Hokulia has quickly become a STAPLE in my commission list! I love his design, and I am ALWAYS happy to snag art of the guy. I go out of my way to commission art of Hokulia and I don't expect that changing anytime soon! If I wasn't a busty lady who cannot pull off "flat-chested-male" I would be very tempted to eventually create or com a fullsuit of Hokulia. Alas, the best I could do is a genderbend. XD
