This week may ask for you to enhance your mental health by learning how to speak with your actions and how to re-balance areas of our lives that we may have allowed to stretch thin. As a bringer of messages, Crane asks us to listen closely to the world around us this week. If you must speak strongly with someone opposing you this week, remember to breathe deep and calmly as you find a common ground to connect with the other person in order to come to a positive solution. This week's Rune is Gebo! Symbolized by the crossing of two forces, this Rune looks at the interaction between the divine and the mortal. Gebo represents this connection, exchange, as well as balance and a sign of a gift! When we interact with others, it will always result in some sort of consequence. In the best of interactions, this is a gift and a positive result. Gebo particularly represents the gift we find in connecting with the divine. Always remember to think of it as a gift given with the understanding and intent of returning a gift. This ensures a balance mentally and physically. Gebo represents not only the cross over of human and divine, but the connection between lovers, a contract, or a partnership. Call upon Gebo this week in order to become more attuned with streams of energy, the power of balanced relationships, and the union of the Goddess and God. This week, remember to give as much as you receive. This is also represented by the barter system where one exchanges fair items or money so that both parties are pleased. It is also seen in the connection of two lovers. Let this week show you are giving can be a gift and allow yourself to connect with those around you in romantic, platonic, and business-like ways.

In the Internal Influence, we see the spirit guide Elk. This week will be a time of abundance. Allow yourself to indulge in more plant foods and to eat foods that promote energy and stamina. This week will show you to move with a regal, but humble manner. Recognize the ability, strength, and intelligence within yourself. Remember, however, that ignorance is not bad. Only that remaining ignorant is detrimental. It is ok to constantly learn. Engage in your intended areas of study with dignity and an open mind. Consider taking time to meditate. Connect with the energies within your environment as well as within yourself. There may be a spirit or divinity trying to communicate with you and meditation may allow you to recognize what signs are may be missing. Elk are also symbols of love. There may be an increase in romance, friendship, or family ties coming up for you this week. Show affection and care for those you find important. When the Elk spirit guide shows up, this is often a reminder to us to engage in recognizing and increasing our personal talents, skills, and spiritualism.
