Personality: Wise beyond his years, Perry works with Marine on her ship. Despite his appearance, he's rather calm and mature. This comes to help Marine, who still has a ways to grow, in many situations. Although Marine is the captain of her crew, Perry often influences or even completely decides the decisions on the ship. He enjoys reading and sailing.
Special Abilities: He's very smart, as mentioned above. He can certainly fly long distances with his wings, but he can also use them as hands, although sometimes they can be rather clumsy and can cause a disadvantage to him.
