A character only present in the original book & graphic novel version of Watership Down. She's young and naive, and likes to be seen as a rebel by hanging out with the Efrafan does who got into trouble. She hints at the does escape, and as a consequence is later brought in for questioning where she reveals everything, almost ruining the entire plan.

Don't really understand why she got cut from all the animated adaptations, her presence gives the escape plan even more urgency and excitement that she might tell the Efrafan Owsla. I suppose they just thought another character might make it cluttered. Then of course there's Nettle from the 2018 series who is surely inspired by her character, although Nettle seems much more complicit rather than being a bit silly like Nelthilta.
