Settings: most stuff on max, mainly texture quality (Supreme) and viewing distance, including shadow quality, set the texture quality of your shadows to minimal using Votan's addon or by manualy editing your esosettings.ini, these look rly good too and you will be able to have proper shadows withoud watching your fps drop significantly
