Snorlax and Pignite are from Nintendo's Pokemon and this screenshot's taken from Garry's Mod. It is done through  AsBoyz2017's choice as a celebration of Pokemon Day.

These Pokemon worked hard to make their bellies so big that there is no way any of their opponents can handle them that easily. Anyway, they're doing their best to high five with such struggle, due to the size of their stomachs.
