Awesome! (These animation loops are getting smoother with every upload!😃👍) and I agree, they are delicious; and more versatile than most folks give them credit for! Easily incorporated into hearty, savory stews and casseroles, baked, and my personal favorite, cut into thin strips, tossed with a little oil or melted butter, tossed again with a generous sprinkling of cinnamon, brown sugar, (and for those who enjoy a "spicier sweet", a pinch of ginger, nutmeg, and cloves) and baked at 400°f for fifteen to twenty minutes, turning halfway through the bake time, to make some absolutely irresistible sweet French fries/chips/crisps!😛

Also, those sweet fries sound amazing!! I usually have cajun spiced wedges (air fried or oven baked) or even just a sweet potato jacket potato, but yes they can be used in almost anything! Their sweetness is very welcome, next to corn they're one of the few veggies that are naturally on the sweeter side 😁😋
