I don't remember the name of the mountain, it is in New York. The wheel itself has a very nice coating of rust on it, which preserves it pretty well, your also not allowed to cross the mighty wooden fence (the top of the mountain is accessible through hiking (steep) or car. Theres a nice monitored picnic area located on the top.
