🐹 I am a SFW artist only, I don't accept NSFW at this time, but may consider tasteful nudity depending on the subject. Happy to accept any species or subject matter as long as it's SFW - if unsure, just ask!

🐹 Turn around time can be anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks depending on the type of commission, I always give updates if things may take longer than expected.

🐹 Work in Progress images always given! You'll see a rough sketch, lines, and flats, and I welcome reasonable changes to make sure you're happy at each stage!

🐹 Happy to consider payment plans of any type and will work with you to ensure it's comfortable, however, the commission will not be started until at least one payment has been made, and will not be finished until full payment has been made.

🐹 Refunds are subject to commission progress, for example, if I've not started you'll receive back 100% of what you've paid, if I've finished half of it you'll get back 50%, and there's no refunds under any circumstance once complete.

🐹 No extra or hidden fees will be charged, ever! I may refuse further work on completed pieces depending on how many edits have already been made, but I'll still do my best to work with you to make sure there are no price increases during the duration of your commission.

🐹 The prices above are subject to increase in the future, or depending on level of detail requested - this will always be communicated and agreed before any payment is requested. No decrease is possible from the above.

🐹 I reserve the right to cancel or refuse a commission at any time for any reason - refused commissions will not be charged, and cancelled commissions will be subject to refunds as above. It's unlikely this will happen, and is usually reserved for severe ill health, being closed, or rude customers.

🐹 "Your character here" (YCH) special comms, sales, raffles, and any other promotion also adhere to these same TOS. There is no schedule for these and may be very rare to occur.

🐹 All of my art is digital, it will be delivered to you via email and uploaded to my gallery here on FA. I don't accept "secret" or anonymous commissions, but I'm usually happy to wait for a certain date to upload, for example if you'd like to keep it as a suprise gift. No art will ever be posted to you physically except in rare cases of things like convention badges where I have explicitly announced this as an offer. I may also consider printing and posting for an additional cost, but this is usually cheaper to do yourself.
