So, I browsed through some pictures of foxes, species I dont often see in the fandom too.
I mixed my fav ones and made them into Neko's pets (me).
both have a bit of Blanford's fox in them, the standing one is mixed between cape fox and red fox and the one on the ground is a mix of rüppel's fox and the blanford one :3
Rüppels fox beats fennecs in ear size, so they're totally awesome. I love the markings on blanford ones, and also the desert like colours catch me. I also don't like fennecs for the lack of super fluffy tails. So blanford fox is there to give the tails x3
Enough of the ramblings now. Enjoy my own fox species mixed from existing ones! I still need to name it, and also name the two of them :3

Mine's a mountain lion/maned wolf, but she used to have red fox in her and the pattern stuck.

Try putting "Vulpes Rueppelli" to google. Rûppel's is also called "Sand Fox" But some other foxes are also miscalled like that.

Yeah I noticed that. I looked up sand fox and saw a whole ton of pics that were also listed under fennec fox. Never noticed the tail thing before at all. Soooooo now I'm so confused, lol. It's ok though. Love the pic you did of your foxes! Sorry to fill your comments with nonsense.
