Thanks to a Fang the Sniper related request I got, it got me to remember to do a Sega Game Gear styled remake of the Pop Goes Nack the Weasel art I've made back in 2024, and well, it turned out pretty fine! Now yeah, I felt like the shading could've been better on this remake considering some parts look rather sloppy or not that good, but then again, the original pic barely had any shading, so I guess it's sorta an improvement in that regard.

Fang/Nack's limbs also look much better here, since the limbs are sunk in on this one, as well as the head of course. I also tried to make Sonic have a pin in his hand as well as a shine going over the pin like in the original, and while the shine is quite big, it works well enough. The perspective is also different here too, staying in a plain 2D perspective and with Sonic and Fang/Nack not being on the train in Sunset Park this time.

So yeah, I felt like this was an improvement in some aspects, though I might try to make inflated Fang/Nack look better in future pixel art pics featuring him, because I felt like the shading didn't turn out that great on this one for me.
