The first time I tried doing a thumbs up crossover in my pixel art style, and it turned out quite well! I've had this idea since a commenter got me motivated to make it, so yeah. While Bubsy has it's flaws, Awesome Possum is certainly worse. Again, I do like the character if I'm being honest, but I can see why he's more disliked even compared to Bubsy.

Awesome Possum says one-liners in game which could get quite annoying to most people, but when I played the game, I certainly wasn't a fan of how choppy the game ran. I mean come on, could the Sega Genesis not run it properly? Or were the developers just lazy on programming good framerate? Either way, yeah, the game sucks, and it certainly was a one-hit wonder compared to the likes of Bubsy and heck, even Alfred Chicken and Aero the Acro-Bat like my previous crossovers.

And of course, Awesome Possum is saying his catchphrase from the title screen here, since it's about as iconic as Bubsy's "What could possibly go wrong?'. And yeah, even Bubsy was quite unamused here.
