Royo Ray Dile is the mayor of the Elemental Village. He makes sure that the dragons who live there are safe. He is very nervous wrack after what happened to him in the past. While he doesn't think he's a proper mayor he is ironically the best the mayor the village ever has currently.

Octavia Dile used to come from a wealthy dark dragon family however the extremely high expectations that forced her to do things she never wanted to do caused her to leave. Before Royo was a nervous wrack he was the reason Octavia became more laidback despite what happened to her eye.
