Since people seemed interested in my traditional stuff, here's a sketch I did during a blackout.

Based on a true story. X_X
Her name is Motor Runner. She is tiny and hyper and almost 10, and every time I paint she wants to drink the paint water off of her paw and I have to wrestle her like a gator to keep her from ingesting acrylic soup.
She thinks it's a fun game.

Yeah. I don't like wasting things I can find a new purpose for (environmental reasons) and so my paint cup is like... one of those plastic cups they give you when you order a large. I think the weirder thing is that my drop cloth is a big sheet of packing foam that I saved from a package and have been using for at least six years lol.
i see! very interesting. it's nice that you care about the environment
i reuse stuff to a sorta similar degree
to name but one, my small yet growing hoard of usb sticks (that i barely use but which i'm stockpiling for some reason. i guess it's like dragons and hoarding treasure) are inside of an old plastic blueberry container lol (i was originally gonna settle for a small cardboard box, but the plastic thing was pretty much the perfect size and was gonna be tossed out anyway)
thems were some gud blueberries

Thank-you! I haven't used them consistently in a while, so I'm glad I still kinda got it, LOL.
And honestly? Same. I'm actually afraid to sharpen them too much because either the tip breaks or the whole damn thing cracks off (mostly with my prismas, lol). The only ones I've found that aren't quite like that are the ones that are 100% pigment with no wood. Koh-I-Noor? But those colors are so limited and they don't blend as well. X_X
