Sparky got a hypnotic power and ran with it, using it to recruit a pack. Using some of his funding from being Hexco's guinea pig he turned the experiment into a full on mercenary group. Of course he gives his wolves the free choice whether or not to stay after a week or so of conscription, but he gives good training and care for his wolves regardless of whether they're contracted on or just temporary.

The P.A.C.K. armor is a strong and light mesh that integrates with the collar so that it becomes so comfortable that the user usually forgets it is there. The plate armor sections are good protection and harder to forget are equipped. The collar itself is hypnotic and makes the canine attached loyal to the pack and also changes the wolf's color to match the 'alpha' as a visual indicator of their activation.

P.A.C.K. is an acronym meaning Protect (and) Attack Commando Kit for the armor. It's confusing since the organization is also called the pack
