My feet immediately began to sweat as two blue talon eyes...
...stared horrified back at me.
I'm still trying to ramp up to getting back to doing comics regularly. That is not going well, so I'm trying to do more promotional/spot art, rather than full comic pages, based on amusing discussions teh hubby and I have had. It's not my best work, I really should've punched up the perspective more, and I don't have time for full color. But it'll do, considering it's tax season, and usually I'm not able to draw or even try to interact with anyone by this point.
So here's Craig visiting a sick Drake, and seeing his...unusual footwear.
"Uh...bro?"
"Yeah, lad?"
"Your slippers are...kinda..."
"Yeah, lad."
It was fun trying to do different takes on each face...one with bursting pink more akin to vomiting/crying, vs just splitting down the middle.
And yes, Drake drinks a LOT of tea.

Poor Drake is sick. That robe might be making him too hot. Craig can help him remove it. And the rest of his clothes too. XD
