Tiann is a 26 year old vaporeon living in the sonic world. He's pudgy. He's green from Kool aid (as his color is dictated by what he absorbs or drinks, which tends to be beverages like kool aid, his favorites are the green drinks). He has the powers of a vaporeon and the water element. Something he enjoys doing is, essentially, acting like kool aid man (i.e. busting through a wall).
