As someone who has had many of those (a majority in the same year, no less), I'm all too familiar with that kind of nasty. Sorry you had to go through it.

Ah no way! You are so unlucky to have gone through this too, its awful isnt it? I had one a few years ago but this most recent one was way worse - 24hrs with no sleep worse 😓

Yeah. A tip if you need to have another one in the future, ask if they have one that's lemon flavored. It's slightly more bearable than the "plain" kind.

I think the lemon one i had last time - this time was the 2 doses, 1st dose was this awful overly sweet fake mango, 2nd was a sherbert orange - the orange was slightly better, but an hour after that went down.. 🤮 my stomach can't handle much lol

Yeah, as someone who had to have an unflavored one for the majority of times (basically saltwater, but somehow worse tasting), be glad that flavored ones exist.
