Chalcedny Arcome--ToVS style
Last practice material for the moment--Chalcedny, a key character from Tales of Hearts.(Who also becomes a support of sorts for Shing's party.)
I had fun shrinking him down to VS style, but I got nervous with the Wings--so nervous in fact, I just re-used the ones from the original game and recolored them to match palette-wise.(in ToH, Chalcedny's Wings were resized x2, so I think this fits in terms of proportion.)
The sword handle on the rotated frame looks a little off, but I wanted to get this uploaded before I have to leave on Wednesday. ^ ^;
Chalcedny, Shing, The Tales of series, and the original sprite-style are copyright to Bandai-Namco
