Yesterday 0930 at City Harbor Bay first apartment building collapsed, when individual identified as Sebastian Ergon grew out of his apartment to roughly 50 feet tall. from 15 residents close by, only 5 severe injuries.

We are still looking into the causes of his growth. From interrogation he revealed to be working as a janitor in National History Museum , and that he come in contact with an unidentified object from ancient time Denian of South Caudia. Museum officials can confirm this, thus Institute investigate the object and his abilities further.

Prior to event, subject S.Ergon was classified as a class white Mini-grower. Max size only 10 feet. For certain he was not able grow a city sized Macro - Therefore his initial threat classification rightfully remains full city destruction range at code Orange.

Anyways - back to event after his growth;

Waking up the disoriented S.Ergon inspected his formal living quarters plus the surroundings. Soon the subject was feeling hungry, thus he "help himself" by finding macro-food products from close harbor warehouses which he sat down to enjoy at local park corner at 1020's time. See pictures 1-3

As well as photo 4 shows that S.Ergon is capable breathing fire like any other dragon. More notable is that "hot angles" macro tacos seemed to trigger a new growth burst seen in picture 5...
