Since stepping away from the 911 and first responder field I’ve dived into corporate plasma. I can say I’m happier here. Being able to sleep at night, be around healthy donors (opposed to sick and dying people all the time) and see people invest in themselves as they give to allow us to make medicine is incredible. The company I’m with now empowers the LGBTQ+ community and incorporates Diversity Equity and Inclusion.
