Castor is a, despite his somewhat youthful appearance, 95 year old minior (core) and blastoise fusion living in the sonic world. Being half minior, he can breathe (and by extension, survive) in space. He has the powers of a minior, blastoise, and some...additional space related powers. He can propel himself through space with his water cannons (granted water isn't all that those cannons can shoot out in this case). He technically controls his own gravity.
