Michael Strausser is the head of Strausser Productions, an animation studio known for its localozation team and its original content, including the animated series, "The Whimsical World of Brighthue." he was the first one to discover that Brighthue was a real place, as well as the secret technique to record the goings-on as a TV show. His intentions are convoluted and strange, but being turned into a cartoon rabbit didn't exactly help, either.
