That's so exciting that you got it! I know getting places can be so competitive... for the next place I move into, I had to drive over and pay a deposit within about ten minutes of finding out it was available because so many people wanted it. I second what Agent_T said!

That's almost what happened with us...I was only prepared to pay the application fee today and I figured they'd ask for the deposit later after they processed the paperwork. But then the lady said they could only hold the apartment for 24 hours unless I wanted to pay the deposit today...ended up having my mom drive over and she wrote a check, I wanted it all safe and secure today. lol We lucked out to get this, cuz it took someone else getting evicted for it to be available. Glad I called yesterday to check on availability. 0.o

Yeah, that's a lot of luck and determination it took O_O they could make a video game out of apartment hunting... you can even go undercover and try to get people evicted :D
