TERMS OF SERVICE:

-- The Payment is made via PayPal Invoice. The client will pay half before getting the adopt and half after getting the adopt. The Buyer will recive a png and a transparent png of the adoptable either via e-mail, Discord or in Toyhouse. The buyer also will get the design transferred to their Toyhouse account (if they have one);

-- If you want to use the adopt for commercial use, you will need to pay the adopt price + 200 USD;

-- After the payment is made, Adopts can NOT be refunded. So think very well before buying the adopt, please;

-- Please do not forget to give credit to me, since I was the one who designed the adoptable;

-- I also can make custom designs and changes to the adoptable design if needed! But keep in mind that, depending of the change, there will be extra charges;

-- Redesigns are fine! You are free to change the design's appearance to your liking once you buy the adopt!

-- Please note that if you break any of the Terms listed above, you will be put on a blacklist, which means you won’t be able to order commissions or buy adoptables from me again. So please, read the terms above very carefully, because once you contact me to buy the adopt/design, this means you accepted the TOS listed above and accepted that, if you break them, you will get blacklisted.
