Because if you don't put one on him he gets out of hand. Also he needs to be put in his place so he doesn't start to think he's the Alpha. ^.^

Thanks it's my first one for my rottie suit, which i will have next week so you probably saw me in a sheppy suit Hehehe maybe I will have to take a picture in a straightjacket and fursuit wearing the badge
