Alpha retains the right to turn down any request, or to terminate agreements previously made. Should this happen after payment, a refund will be issued. Depending on the circumstances of the termination, processing fees may be taken from the refund(What PayPal charges/postage). Alpha also retains the right to cease accepting or resume accepting commissions at his leisure.

Most rights to the picture are surrendered to the buyer, except for reposting without giving correct/sufficient credit.

It is the legal responsibility of the buyer when it comes to requesting copyrighted characters. Commissions which involve sexual intimacy with other players’ characters (IE FA fursonas, webcomic characters) without the direct consent of the other party will be turned down.

The buyer should take into account the general nature of AlphaChimaera’s work, and understand that his style will have a significant bearing on how the finished product will look. Characters with “Toonish” features will see significant changes to their looks.

Due to Alpha having his own personal agenda and employ, he will make a maximum of three commissions per week, or two if they’re significantly difficult. There is a cap of two commissions per person per month.

Prices are subject to change. Each commission will be given its own individual price based on complexity/content. Cost will directly reflect the number of hours required to complete a piece, start to finish. As of currently, the cost is $20-30/hr, with a minimum time limit of thirty minutes. The amount of work that can be done with certainty generally adheres to the following time frames:

30 Minutes – Pencil, inked, or rushed close-up (Example 1 2 3 4)
1 Hour – Inked, complex, full body drawing (Example, Each took 1 hour)
2 Hours – Colored work (Somewhere between this and this)
3 Hours – Quality coloring, high detail (Example, sans the lighting adjustments and shinies, 2 3)
5+ Hours – Full digital painting (Example, and pretty much everything big he's been drawing lately)

Multiple characters are negligible. Pictures with two or three characters should not take terribly much longer than pictures with only one. If the picture becomes a mobshot(5-6+), additional time will be expected in order to make the piece. You will be given the price of your request, and from there you can decide if you want to go through with it, or make alterations.

If a specific pose is desired, a bare bones sketch, minimum, is needed. It is the responsibility of the commissioner to be painstakingly specific in what they’re looking for. Otherwise, the commissioner surrenders the rest to artistic license.

It is -highly- preferred that Alpha can draw the entire commission in one sitting. If the commissioner wants steady updates in order to request changes during the process, their price will be increased by %30, and will be asked to be readily contactable while the piece is being made.

Commissions can range from general to adult in nature. Adult pictures will be turned down if they’re simply smut for the sake of smut.

-Characters under the age of 17
-Vore of any nature
-Inflation of any nature
-Transformations
-Impossible fat or musculature
-Pokemon/Digimon
-Excessive gore
-Scat/Gas/Watersports
-Immobilizing hyper
-Intimate acts which are physically impossible
-Excessive bondage
-Birthing(Including alternate species pregnancy)
