Kutaka is a 28 year old jigglypuff meganium fusion living in the sonic world. Despite her slightly pudgy size, she's light like a jigglypuff. She's fully aware of her singing being ABLE to put others to sleep, she doesn't get angry about it though (infact, sometimes she embraces it). She has the powers of a jigglypuff, meganium, and the elements of wind and nature. While her shoes can support her size (the soles are fairly cushion like), they can't support her larger (inflated) size...or at least not the "final smash Jigglypuff" size (she has yet to find a shoe maker who can make her a pair of shoes that can manage that size). Due to her lack of weight, when she wants to body slam she will improvise to make it effective (essentially....picture a punch balloon and that's basically what she does), this goes for other weight based moves as well (or she can benefit from the lack of weight if she's the target of a move dependent on her weight). Also due to her lack of weight, windy days can be a bit hazardous (i.e....she can be blown away with the wind without some means of not floating away).
