Hakan is a 28 year old nidoran male charizard fusion living in the sonic world. He resides somewhere around Sky Rail. He's adjusting to the weight of a charizard fairly well. He has the powers of a nidoran male, charizard, and the elements of wind, fire, and poison. Due to the lack of footwear, he does what he can to avoid using rails (most commonly avoiding it by simply flying). Admittedly, being part charizard has done...SOMETHING with his attitude (sometimes being more blunt, other times being aggressive, and others...arrogant).
