:P Awww, i'm sorry they scare you! It's actually interesting though, to hear how different people feel about these things. to tell you the truth, they scare me a little too :P But then again, I think it's just more that their wild nature scares me. How they will attack to eat without any thought. But I like sea anemones and dogs and jellyfish, so it isn't too bad for me. :D

Hehe, he'd probably be a beach bum on the land, mooching off of humans like the seagulls do :D

lol glad it's not just me but then mostly any monster that deals with water scares me, I'm an aquariuses you see, making me obligated to just bask, swim in it till the sun goes down. thinking that there's something like this below the waves ain't doin me any favors > . > lol

but could you domesticate tame one knowing of what it's diet consisted of though? that's the question

I hate that too! Even little bodies of water like lakes scare me.. If I can't see what is below me I always picture the worst and that it's about to get me. :P
I guess that is another good thing about jellyhounds though.. if they did exist they usually float on the top of the water when after humans or other land animals who get too close. so if anything just avoid it's shiny backside and you should be okay :D

Hmmmm. I'd say you would have to find one when it's incredibly young.. Get it to trust you. They eat about anything, so it wouldn't be difficult to feed them, the only problem is they eat.. well.. just about anything. And they have no conscience when they eat. So I think the main thing you'd have to do is remember what time it's likely to feed and leave the room until it's done.. Less chance of accidentally being eaten :P

oh gods, and sometimes it's best not to see. get this, several summers back I was wadding out at about waist deep just chillaxin' watching the tide come in and all of a sudden I get this feeling like something bads about to go down. so not knowing why, instincts maybe? I look down and what do I see? this long ass (about a good five feet or so >.<) sea snake, you know the black and white ones that are said to be the deadliest? slithering/swimming between my feet! cheeee. I just about jumped otta my skin and ran on water to get away form it >.< ugh....
