Zamus was born under the fierce desert sun in the Shanguang region , a rare anomaly even among his people. His skin, instead of the common verdant green of his kin, was an unusual shade of white—like bleached sand, reflecting the glaring desert light. His birth was marked not just by his unique scale color, but also by the fact that he had four arms, a trait that caused much unease in the small Nagaji desert tribe. To his people, such an appearance was a sign of something either miraculous or wrong, and they were unsure which. Many elders whispered that Zamus was a child of prophecy, others simply believed him to be cursed by some desert spirit.
Growing up, Zamus was no stranger to the harsh realities of desert life. His tribe lived in an unforgiving land, where survival was a constant challenge and tradition held the community together. However, unlike his peers, who honed their skills as warriors and survivalists, Zamus was always drawn to the unseen, the mysterious world of alchemy and transformation. However when Zamus was young hes tribe was raided by slavers of the nagajor empire he was taken into slavery and was bought by cruel master simply named the master
of potions after years of abuse Zamus poisoned his master stealing his recipe book burning down the building and left. while on the run he would sell his potions so he could afford a ship out of the empire.
Zamus is driven by an intense curiosity and a belief that the world’s stagnation can only be undone by breaking with tradition. He is passionate about his work and can be single-minded when pursuing his goals. His four arms allow him to multitask, and he often gets so absorbed in his experiments that he forgets about the world around him. However, when it comes to his interactions with others, he's cynical disdainful of authority has a dark sense of humor but also charismatic. He sees alchemy as a tool to not only change matter but to change the world.
