Having offered help to defend his home city against the random Kaiju attacks from the ocean, Grarem's done quite well for himself.
Fed by an undersea food hose to show their gratitude and ensure their city's protector is up-to-par with the aggressors, they keep him quite large with a constant supply of food.
Unaccounted for, a clerical error went unnoticed resulting in significantly more food intake than expected, nobody noticing until he was as big as the city he's protecting
Massively swollen in size, he's becoming extremely overstuffed and completely immobile, his fat body getting stuffed bigger and bigger.
It seems to be deterring the Kaiju however, so maybe we'll keep the pumps running even higher for now
