1st week is hair and eye color change, Nothing big yet.
2nd week blue spots appear on your body. Not to big and can easily be covered up and change in voice.
3rd week blue spots get bigger and you have a profanity to lie and laugh all the time.
4th week you start liking more Jester related clothing and memorabilia and the color blue alot. Also your whole body would be blue by then.
5th week you start to act theatrical and conniving and intelligent, presenting outrageous lies interwoven with bits of truth. But behind the sardonic playfulness, unexpected changes to what you see as "Your script" from your audience can causes you to drop this act completely, as if your personality was nothing more but a facade for blackness and fury. Ever the showman however, you compose yourself quickly as you reshape the show to accommodate such unforeseen developments.
6th week you start getting powers like Limited Reality warping,Umbrakinesis,Teleportation,Levitating,Mind manipulation,Mirakinesis,Jack-in-the-Box mimicry,Puppet mastery,Levitation and so on.
7th week you are completely changed. Your personality is his. Your clothing style is his and your name is his. The old you is still there but is rarely shown. Resisting these urges only causes more harm than good as you could mutate into a monstrous form if you resist too hard.
More info Well it's unknown as of now but theories suggest that it's linked to a parasite or genetics. This can happen at anytime even before they are born. Which is the better of the situation because they can resist their urges more easily without as much risk to mutation. They aren't cookies they just look like Shadow Milk but 3D. Mutations often include more instance of Jester,Clown,Doll or Puppet resemblance. Some don't get urges at all but that's 1 in a 500,000. Some are even hunted for their powers or are just killed outright. At be it very hard to do because of their powers so they are more of less captured. Their life expectancy is longer than most humans some reaching over 1,000's of years old.
