昊慶辛卯年七月一日
王室正式宣布民女趙明明受徐仁陛下蒙恩, 正式成為選妃,
並將於昊慶辛卯年十二月一日正是與徐仁陛下大婚, 冊封為王后.


Her Royal Highness Zhào Míngmíng

On July 1st of the 4th year of Hàoqìng
The royal household formally announced that Lady Zhào Míngmíng
Will be married with His Royal Highness Xü Ren,

大寒洲 (Coldland) 的政體

大寒洲第一個王朝建立在西元997年, 隨後至1900年共歷16個大小王朝, 均為君主制,
西元1810年, 徐朝 (Sü Dynasty) 末代皇帝徐禧 (Sü Xi) 宣布退位,
將王權轉移給新統治者, 愛德華一世 (Edward the Great), 蘇米爾王朝 (Sumio Dynasty) 建立,
同時, 徐朝王室正式去帝號, 納入蘇米爾王朝的王室,
王室也將原本國號 "泰漢帝國" (Great Han Empire) 改為 "大寒帝國" (Great Coldland Empire).
從此, 大寒洲成為雙王室的帝國.

由於雙方王室都有各自支持的勢力, 成為往後多年來大小爭端的起源, 而越演越烈,
1900年, 大寒洲宣布施行政治改革, 雙方王室簽訂協約, 不再掌政, 皇帝退位, 去帝號,
而由雙方推選出一個賢者成為新領袖, 稱為 "洲主" (the Great Governor),
意思是, 雙方王室不治, 卻選賢共治. 為期113年, 直到雙方王室的鬥爭消失為止.
(原本協約是維持100年, 但是蘇米爾王朝末代皇帝覺得自己在位時期並未建樹, 便又加上自己在位的十三年.)

並改國號為 "大寒洲省", 避諱為 "國", 雖稱為省, 但實際上是一個君主立憲制的國家.
洲主之位不得世襲, 洲主立廢權力在雙方王室,

2013年, 大寒洲將改回君主立憲制的帝國, 並且由徐朝皇室後代正式登基成為新皇帝,
洲主之職將改為大公.




Coldland’s Form of Government

Coldland’s first dynasty was established in AD 997,
soon after AD 1900, 16 large and small dynasties became one monarchy,

In AD 1810, the last emperor of the Xú Dynasty, Xú Xǐ, declared that he would abdicate,
The royalty desired to transform Edward the Great (Edward I) into the new ruler,

Simultaneously, an official of the the Xu royal family would become part of the Sumio Dynasty royal household

The royal household desired to use the original name of the dynasty;
The “Great Han Empire” changed its name to “Great Coldland Empire”

Henceforth, Great Coldland became an empire with two royal houses.

Because both royal houses each exerted their own influence,
for many years the magnitude of the conflict became more and more intense.

In 1900, Coldland announced that it would put in place political reforms,
both royal houses agreed to sign a negotiated settlement to no longer wield power,
the emperor abdicated, ending imperial rule.

also both parties pushed to select one worthy person to serve as a head of state,

Meaning that both royal houses lasted 113 years, until the struggle between the two royal houses faded away.

(Originally the pact was to be maintained for 100 years,
however the Sumio Dynasty’s last emperor felt that it did not contribute to his reign,
so he added thirteen years.)

Moreover the name of the country will change to “Dàhánzhōu Province”, to avoid using the word “Country”, although it is referred to as “Province” in reality the nation is a constitutional monarchy

the position of leader will not be hereditary,
the position of head of state will no longer be held by the two royal houses,

In 2013 AD, Coldland will change to a constitutional monarchy,
moreover, succeeding generations of the Xú Dynasty will ascend the throne as emperor.

the office of the head of state will become a grand duke.
